Iconic hotel and lovely room. However the room which was premium was immediately over the bar area. This was very noisy and went late into night and started early in the morning. Window covering were also not very good for keeping light out. A real shame as I love the art deco look, but first job of a hotel is to enable sleep. Very friendly staff and clean.

The staff was absolutely great,very welcoming helpful, and very friendly, From the reception to the restaurant workers, the cleaning crew was providing an outstanding friendly service. Next time when i travel to Miami, without hesitation, I'm staying in this hotel. Thank you, did the great time!
