I would have left zero. Horrible hotel and staff, rooms dirty, staff non existent and dated. No internet, tv, phone, HOT WATER or staff. Raw sewage coming up from shower drain while you take a cold shower. I checked out without staying the evening and they would not refund my money. Travelocity not helpful and the cause of hours of frustration. Never again, stay away!

Room was somewhat clean, but everything was so old. Some staff was friendly, but some not so much. Some didn't speak English, so it was hard to judge. There was no beach view, and there was NO breakfast available. Then, it happened i forgot something in room, i came back to the hotel, and they told me they don't have it. I know where i left it, and I know they HAD my stuff, but told me they didn't find it. I know for sure it wasn't true.

Staff was nice but could not communicate properly. Collins street is shut down so you have to walk a couple of block to the hotel with your luggage. Room was not what was expected. Clean but hot water was not working, shower handle broken.
