The staff was very pleasant accommodating, polite and overall nice and made my birthday stay for me and my guest wonderful! I would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel!

Hello, I stayed at the Plymouth on October 2-October4th 2021. Not only did housekeeping NEVER come, they tried to charge us $250 for "smoking in the room," despite the fact that housekeeping only came on the last day and we had to suffer in a room that reeked all weekend. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, staff tries to pawn off the problem on "email" and will not communicate over the phone. It took a whole day to speak to a real person about the problem.

The entire hotel is non smoking and there are designated smoking areas outside the main door. Daily Housekeeping Service will not be available in order to limit the number of persons in your room. Sanitation products such as disinfectants and cleaning supplies will be available in your room prior to arrival as well as upon request. First off let me start by saying sammie is Aaaaaamazing! He was so welcoming and helpful. He was definitely my go to guy for everything. He’s one of the main reason I will always stay here when I come back. Alex is awesome as well. She was so quick to help me. She went above and beyond. Now let’s talk about the hotel. This hotel couldn’t be more convenient. It’s literally right down the block from the beach and the hotel provides you with a chair and towel when you get there. The hotel is also close to a 24hrs cvs and you are right up the block from Collins ave. Literally 2 blocks. You could walk to anywhere from there or Uber and it wouldn’t be that much to Ocean drive. The room was nice really cute setup. No there isn’t housekeeping because of COVID. However you can get anything you need when you ask for it. Honestly it didn’t bother me because I didn’t have to worry about people in and out of the room. So I loved that idea. I never had to beg for anything all I did was ask. Didn’t get to enjoy the bar in the lobby or pool. But there was definitely action there every night. The blue ribbon restaurant inside the hotel has good food. It’s a bit pricey but it taste good. The entire staff is friendly as hell. This hotel is convenient and not expensive to stay at.The reviews had me shook a bit but I don’t experience anything that other people spoke about. That’s why I made sure to detail my experience. I’ll always stay here. Always!

No service room included in the price i pay they going to charge you by day. They asked for $300 deposit fee and when i check out they charge me $269 so my deposit was gone. Hotel looks old and the pictures nothing like the reality!!! Very disappointed!!

room was smaller than I expected but the decor was somewhat modern and neat. Staff were very friendly and warm. However not once was my room cleaned! I had to ask for fresh towels twice. So it’s a slap in the face to charge an additional daily service fee $100 per day and don’t get service!! Exorbitant daily “incidental” security deposit fee! I know that money comes back but $150 per day for a tiny room they didn’t even have alarm clock or USB outlets or a decent size fridge with decent space. I’ve stayed at better hotels that didn’t do that. The sushi restaurant was really nice and I enjoyed my tempura rolls, the rack of lamb was ok. I liked the pool area it had a nice vibe. also I liked the DJ at night. Overall the atmosphere was warm and friendly. I just don’t agree with some of the “customer policies” and bc of that I probably wont return.
