Location was perfect for Lincoln avenue and loved the room, the space and the vibe around the pool. The 2 hour free bike ride was a nice touch. Just great value and a super stay.

We were put in the old part of the building which was dirty, dated, smelly and not fit for purpose. We asked to be moved to the newer building, but were told the hotel was full.

5 Stars – A Wonderful Stay at the Sagamore Hotel I had an incredible experience at the Sagamore Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely attentive and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel was spotless in every area, from the lobby to the rooms, was immaculately clean and well-maintained. Service was top notch throughout our stay. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is unbeatable and right in the heart of the action, just steps away from everything you’d want to explore. It made getting around incredibly easy and added so much to the overall experience. Highly recommend the Sagamore for anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and well-run hotel in a prime location. We’ll definitely be back!

This is not a 4 star hotel. Moderate maintenance, if you don’t upgrade rooms are not updated, 3 hr wait for ice, no internet in room to stream to the tv, Cleaning lady put back the dirty cups to reuse, no cleaning for two days despite putting a sign out to clean. Property manager offered another stay after check out so little too late, instead of emailing and texting knowing we had issues from the beginning or our 5 day stay, clearly displays poor management in many aspects. Other than the location I would Not recommend.

I stayed at The Sagamore Hotel South Beach for three nights this week during a business trip and was thoroughly impressed. I booked an Ocean View Bungalow, which was clean, comfortable, and offered a fantastic view. The hotel's artistic flair and tasteful decor gave it a unique and welcoming atmosphere that really stood out. While I didn’t get a chance to use the on-site amenities or dining options, the service more than made up for it—staff were consistently professional, attentive, and friendly throughout my stay. The location was perfect—convenient and walkable to plenty of dining and shopping options, which made getting around easy without a car. Overall, The Sagamore offers a stylish, comfortable, and convenient stay in the heart of South Beach. I would absolutely recommend it and plan to stay again in the future.
