On arrival at the advertised property, we were disappointed to find out that our room was located in a separate building with no pool or access to any amenities.
Moreover, upon checking-in we were forced to pay a daily "resort fee" that amounted to five hundred dollars, which the property said covered housekeeping, pool access and a safe in the room.
To our detriment, the room although spacious, had no toilet paper, the TV wasn't working, the shower light didn't work, the fridge had its main shelf broken/freezer full of ice, no coffee/condiments, no safe, a broken bed frame and a glitchy ceiling light.
It turned out that housekeeping was only offered every third day, and when requested it on that third day, we encountered an incredible rude response from the housekeeper (in front of their manager) demanding we turned in our dirty towels before they would issue clean ones. On top of it, after the argument over the quality of service, they did not come to the room to vacuum it or remove garbages. As a result, we left the garbage outside the door, only to be accused of "throwing it" to the staff once we requested to speak to a supervisor regarding the lack of prompt service (male staff). The experience was awful at this hotel. We tried to stay away from the reception office to avoid arguing with them but given their horrendous service, it was impossible because every day there was something that wasnt working, or was missing or needed service.
Stay away from this slum.
