This place has so much potential but... 1. A Resort Fee was imposed upon my arrival. I booked online and thought I was paid up. (but what resort?) 2. They offered Happy Hour at a location 10 blocks away from the hotel. I was told I could drink the HH Punch as much as I wanted from 5p to 6p every day. 3. On a walk to the bathroom from the bed, my new white socks were black upon return to the bed. The floor looked great but it was clear it had not been swept or mopped in weeks. 4. There was a decent amount of hair in the bathroom. I was in the shower trying to get it off my hands almost like cobwebs. Didn't love that. 5. None of the drains had caps and filled with water immediately.The double sinks were cute but each had 2 or 3 toothpaste caps within. I almost lost an earbud in one and would've been pissed had I lost one in there. 6. The bodywash dispenser in the shower was empty on Day 1. 7. The TV had one channel. Not a smart TV; no apps. 8. The kitchen had a microwave and two electric burners but they were 4 butter knives, a spoon, a spatula, a mixing spoon, a small frying pan, and four plates. No cups, no forks, no pans. 9. There was a mini-bar on the shelf in the kitchen that had overpriced items that you could buy across the street. With a resort fee, just seemed like Pringles and water should be included. 10. The artwork in the room wasn't centered and was damaged. 11. Housekeeping came knocking at 1015a for an 11a checkout. 12. Bed and pillows were comfy.

You get what you pay for essentially. Great location and very nice staff. However the rooms are extremely dated. Had to request another room. The first one felt like a basement had mold on the shower curtain, both beds had stains on the sheets and pillow cases and the remotes didn’t work in either room. The second room was a bit better but loose toilet seat. The shower drips and splashes all over the floor if you don’t remember to turn it off tightly. The hot water in the shower took forever to get hot until we figured out that if you turn the sink’s hot water the shower got hot quickly. Probably wouldn’t book again for my personal taste

Honestly, it is not a hotel. They took apartments from hard working people of Miami and turned them into some kind of "suits". I got somebody's 1br apt. Smell was moldy when I walked in. There was no hot water! Microwave didn't work. None of the 2 TV's worked. Instead of going to see a sunset, I had to deal with maintenance. This apt was Not ready for a guest. Nobody cares. Worst part- They want you to pay "the resort fee" but it's not a resort. You have to return a towel if you want a new one. No coffee in the room!! I'm serious, no coffee. Cheapest toilet paper so take yours. No tissue box. No beach chairs. Zero amenities. Pool is not for swimming, it's for kids. Resort fee???? Staff is untrained. No hospitality, not the right demeanor. Front desk guy randomly left with his car in the middle of the day. And - PHONE IS NEVER PICKED UP. Overall, not recommend . Stay only if you have no expectations at all.

I have a good start: check in was spotless but amenities like phone in your room: don’t think about to ask if you need an extra toilet paper. No housekeeping when request. The hotel charges you more than enough money as additional fees to at least have your room clean over 6 days of stay. Unprofessional staff: they will not say the word sorry. The studio I stayed had two TV’s. The one in the living room was working, not the one in the bedroom. And it’s 2026 tell me why Miami Beach still is ten years behind having direct TV as part of their cable amenities. People from 7310 Collins Ave (partners) - ended up doing housekeeping at 8:30 pm. I will dispute the fee charges. I deserve a compensation for the inconvenience.

The room is shocking, it doesn't look like the pictures, the faucet is broken, the faucet is dripping, they didn't allow a first floor even though my mother could barely get up, there were no towels, there was no paper, the mirror was worn out

The room wasn't completely tidy, some of the towels had minor staining as well as the bed sheets. They had a kitchenette and table for two yet only one glass to drink out of. Also no garbage can in the kitchen. It was also very difficult to speak with hotel staff when the business was getting busy. For instance one day, we wanted to inquire about beach towels and I had to wait around 20 minutes behind guest checking in. for a 20 second procedure of me asking for the towels and the desk clerk handing them over. Also when seeking fresh towels I was informed I would have to come back in an hour to get some, this was at 5 in the afternoon and we were getting ready to head out for dinner within the hour, so we were hoping to shower.

Great experience at Seaside Hotel. The location is excellent — the beach is just across the street, which is very convenient. The room was clean and well maintained, and everything was in good condition. A big plus is that the staff speaks both English and Spanish, which makes communication very easy. Overall, a very good option to stay in Miami thanks to its location, cleanliness, and service. Highly recommended. 🌴

Check in was a nightmare. Tiny office, no a/c, one person to handle check ins, and about 10 guests in line. The room was difficult to find since there are multiple buildings. The room was super awkward with limited space to move around the room, the furniture was totally unsuited for the space and looked like it was picked up off the street, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in since it was not level and I spent most of the night clinging on to the middle of the bed sheets so I didn’t end up on the floor. The mattress besides being uneven was super hard and uncomfortable. The room faced the street so I had to listen to racing cars backfiring all night while fighting gravity on the uneven mattress. I could go on and on but suffice it to say that this hotel/room really spoiled a great night out in Miami and had absolutely no value regardless of the nightly rate. Definitely do not recommend.
