This hotel is in such an amazing location. There is a Cuban restaurant directly underneath it and it’s literally a block from the beach. There’re 2 bus stops less than 5 mins away and it’s in a walkable area.

Check in greeter not friendly, property is located right off south beach. Room was noisy all night into morning from the front lobby bar and restaurant area. While trying to sleep room back up to an alley where people were talking below you all night.

Pros: 2 blocks from the beach. Good restaurant. Cons: Room was very unclean, halls not vacuumed, phone didn’t work, TV got only a few random channels, sister property with complimentary cocktail is quite far and bartender there is very rude. After three nights, asked for housekeeping to change the sheets and all they did was make the bed. Not a 3 star hotel.

Good hotel- skip hosted happy hour

The hotel was decent and convenient. The staff at the hotel itself were all wonderful. This hotel boast a hosted happy hour with a sister property down the road. The bartender there must really hate his job. He was grumpy and short with all the customers. The drink was house tequila and water (maybe flat soda water?) and we were told no limes would be given when we asked for one. We would have stayed to purchase another beverage had he not been rude.

This was the cutest hotel we’ve ever stayed out. You walk through a little Cuban cafe, where you enter the bar lobby. A small elevator is available to take you to your room. This is not a posh hotel by any standards. If you’re looking to feel the vibe of a Cuban neighborhood, feel safe, and eat amazing food, without it feeling stuffy, this is the place.
