From the looks of the room it’s nice but it was a lot of things wrong the toilet was nasty which I had to clean with my own cleaning wipes and the sink! The shower had nats flies in it flying around sure it has to come from the drain not being clean, needs an update rust everywhere, stains on the wall, mirror dirty! Wasn’t a comfortable stay. I wouldn’t book again

Our stay at The Kent Hotel was honestly perfect. From the front desk staff, to the cleaning staff, they were all very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well taken care of. It is only 3 floors, but they have an elevator for those that need it. They provide beach towels for your use. And offer valet parking at the hotel. The hotel is on Collin’s Ave, just 1 block from Ocean Dr- prime location! I will definitely recommend and will be back. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

Leak in ceiling of bathroom. Located by stairwell which was used frequently. Tenant above could be heard walking in middle of night. Front staff pleasant. Restaurant adjacent had pleasant hostess but breakfast server rude, food cold, service terrible and was told two times that there were no free refills on coffee. To get more coffee had to flag the hostess to have more coffee.

We went to check in they said no rooms cleaned. They said they were short housekeeping staff. And if we wanted to sit down in lobby and wait we could. We had boat reservations and dinner plans. So we went onto do that. And also hotel had no parking. And after dinner we decided to call and cancel our hotel reservation. They said we would have to get refund from our booking company. So far they haven’t approved our request. In the end they refused and I refund our money.

Room was quiet cozy and comfortable. Bathroom a bit stuffy due to minimal ventilation and shower water could does not reach hot temperature. A microwave in the room will suit patrons who utilize lounge there and would like to bring leftovers.

Very well maintained boutique hotel. Great location. Breakfast in very cute cafeteria only $7.95 and includes mimosa!! Staff is very pleasant and very helpful. The one thing I would complain is the view from the room window is not existing. We there looking at the wall. But definitely recommend staying here!
