Convenient location. Clean and spacious room. The only issue we have is the parking lot is so small that a SUV hit our rental compact car when parking. We have to spent hours to talk to insurance agent and had to return the car to the car rental company and get a new one

Well, the room was in good condition overall, but when my son went to open the sofa bed so he could sleep there (since I had recently had surgery and it was more comfortable for him that way), the sofa was completely dirty, the sheets were covered in mustard, and there was even a sock there! My son called reception, and they told him they couldn't do anything because the cleaning staff had already left. My son went down and asked for another option. The guy told him he would have to change the sheets himself, that there were some in the room's closet. Imagine paying so much money per night there and then having to do all that yourself! The guy told my son that we would receive compensation for it. My son emailed him the photos, and the next day we spoke with another woman at the front desk who recommended that since we had booked through Expedia, we should call the hotel's customer service. We did this three times, speaking to three different people, and we sent them the photos again. Their final resolution was that they couldn't do anything because the cleaning staff had sent them photos of the room after they finished cleaning, and none of the photos showed the sofa bed open. In short, they didn't take responsibility for anything, which I find disrespectful and a serious lack of hygiene, especially given my condition. I don't recommend them at all. This is the first time I've had such a bad experience regarding cleanliness.

Kitchen was dirty, even when distes were cleaned, everything else was dirty, it looks like they didn’t take the time to clean where the dishes/pans goes and then we have received a pest control people go to the kitchen in the middle of my first day. The rest of the stay was good. Is my 2nd time staying here and the 1st time I see is not so clean.

Nice property and really nice surrounding area. An easy walk using the Underline walking path to the Publix and the metro station. A short car ride to Little Havana. Pool was mostly in the shade - very cold when we were there, but might be nice during the summer.
