We stayed here for two nights before our cruise. The first night we arrived around 10:30 p.m. Arriving in our room, we found a a toilet without water and a huge mound of toilet paper. They offered to give us a new room but honestly, we were too tired to change rooms, so they just had someone come up and unplug it. I find it odd that the room had a plugged toilet and it that it was cleaned. I would think the cleaning person would have notified maintenance about this.of this? This made me I wonder if the bedsheets were changed or if the covers were just brought up over them? The front desk area was surrounded by snacks and bottled beverages. There is a pool table in the lobby and a pretty big morning breakfast area. There were several little neon lit cubbies to sit at and work on your laptop. It is a very cool & modern look to that area. There’s a comfortable waiting area for ride pick-up and a grocery store is a short ride down the road. This is located about 15 minutes from the port for Carnival Cruises.

The room was clean. The staff was very nice. The soap dispensers design was not very good for those of us who have older hands. The dispensers by the sink were very hard to squeeze and operate. I imagine you have a lot of older cruisers that come through that hotel to stay. Having easier to operate soap dispensers would be ideal.

room was nice, the a/c system was hard to adjust. being that when the a/c was blowing very high and when you turned the temperature down, it would shut off. so the room was either too cold or too warm and you had to constantly have to adjust the thermostat.

Very confused by the concept of this hotel. For $400/night after taxes, plus $35 valet (no self-parking), the amenities are severely lacking. The room had zero storage—no closet, no drawers, and no safe. Being told to store 'under the bed' is unacceptable at this price point. Furthermore, I reported a noisy, malfunctioning A/C unit to the staff; they were polite and said they’d look into it, but nothing changed. To top it off, I returned to an unmade bed. While the lobby is functional and the staff is friendly, the lack of basic room functionality and inconsistent housekeeping make it poor value for the money
