We were given an adjoining room, and at 12:30am the person in the other room came in to there room making a racket and opened there adjoining room door which woke my husband up and myself. My husband yelled from our room and it stopped. It was very scary and we did not feel safe. Will not be going to this hotel ever again. Adjoining room should be given to guest that request them.

Poor communication and stressful checkout experience The room itself was okay, but there was no real view—only a street view. The toilet was clogged and did not function properly during the stay. The standard checkout time is 11:00 AM, but I was never informed of a $50 late checkout fee at check-in or during housekeeping visits at 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM, when I stated I would be checking out late. At 1:50 PM, security was sent to my room without prior notice and told me to leave. I immediately complied and exited by 2:07 PM. Both my daughter and I were sick, which the front desk had been informed of. Communication issues added to the problem: the room phone did not work properly, the hotel text system was unresponsive, and cellular service was unreliable, requiring reliance on hotel Wi-Fi. At checkout, staff loudly stated in the lobby that security had been sent to remove me, which was embarrassing and unnecessary. Overall, the lack of clear communication and empathy made this a very stressful stay. Future guests should confirm all policies in writing.

Save yourself a ton of aggravation and stay somewhere else. This hotel tries way too hard to be edgy and cool but instead is just annoying. From the ridiculously complicated light switch to the bathroom that is in 3 separate rooms to the uncomfortable bed that isn't even really a bed (a sofa bed!!!) everything about this place is annoying. Their assortment of amenities is odd, too: an iron and ironing board is provided but no facial tissues or coffeemaker. I thought coffeemakers were standard in most hotel rooms these days but, nope, not here. And don't expect to get a good night's sleep either. There's lots of street noise going on until the wee hours. Believe me, just book someplace else. P.S., the two stars are for good location and hotel employees are helpful.

This was the worst designed hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Tiny studio with both a transparent shower and bathroom. No privacy. I hated the experience. We usually stay at YotelPad and those rooms are so much nicer.
