The best part was early checkin for people getting off at the port of miami. The room was pretty nice, but lighting was kinda dark. We never spoke to the staff at all nor them to us. Just walked in checked in to the hotel on the ipad and that was it.

Customer service was very good. My key card stopped working after I added a late check in. The reason Im giving a 5 stars is because of Edgar Carpo went above and beyond to help my wife and I (first time in Miami and a cruise and helped us locate a package I had overnighted)

Took a call to the desk to figure out the lighting in room. Overly complicated, I also have a charge on my card for the room a day ahead of the stay and another charge I thought was for incidental charges. This is addition to the charges for Dinner and Breakfast. Check in was also not easy. Somehow I paid almost double for my room.
