The Hotel is very nice, and the hotel staff all very friendly and will help you with ANYTHING you need, even advice on getting to different areas of Miami. The hotel is modern, very clean, and it rivals the Wynn or the Venetian/Palazzo in Vegas as far as the atmosphere, there's an outdoor rooftop lounge called Sugar, which was very nice and made you feel as if you'd left the hotel , lots of trees and plants, the bartenders were all nice, the prices are expensive, but it's like that everywhere in Miami, so if you're on a budget, anywhere around the City Center area of this location will put a dent in your wallet. The ONLY disappointment I had as far as my room went was that the TV didn't have a bluetooth option, I have been to 2 star and 3 star hotels that the television had bluetooth, so you could play music thru the room system, but, hey, I didn't go to Miami to sit in my room right? hahaha, but Figured I'd include this info in my review, so bring a portable speaker with you if you want to play music from your phone/ipod. Otherwise , I loved the hotel and I will be going back to Miami later this year and I'll definitely book EAST again.

It is 41/2 start hotel as stated in brochure. Excellent room, very modern. Clean bathroom shower. Balcony is a plus, with great view, however it is a bit windy on the top floors. I was on 25th floor. Rooftop bar Sugar is beautiful but expensive. One drink $25 plus tip. SMH. Anyway I would stay there again. Lots of restaurants in the area to choose from. Parking is $45 a night which is outrageous. Overall good experience. Staff was very nice especially front desk check in young lady Camille.
