Nice hotel! Very friendly staff. Didn’t like the valet parking fees, but I guess that is what hotels are doing these days. Conveniently located in walking distance to restaurants and bars. It was a bit noisy for the traffic while trying to sleep.

The Grayson was in a great location for our trip. Our room was nice and our balcony view was excellent. The balcony door didn’t seem to be sealed very well and we could hear street noise all night. It was too noisy to sleep well even with a white noise sound machine on. Overall, we weren’t satisfied with the hotel. There was no coffee maker, ice bucket or ice machine, or refrigerator in our room. There were no restrooms in the small lobby. I wish we had known these things before booking and paying a fairly expensive price.

I was impressed by the combination of luxury and comfort at Grayson Hotel. The rooms are stylish and well-equipped, and the service is impeccable. The staff truly cares about guests, making the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely one of my favorite hotels!

Excellent choice for downtown miami

Every staff member was excellent and attentive. The room was a junior suite and it was spacious and had fabulous views. The pool area is lovely and the drinks were nice. Food closing at 7pm throughout the hotel isn’t ideal. And I would have liked a bottle of water in the room. U But small things. The roll top bath was wonderful and me and my little boy had the very best mummy and son time. Would definitely go again

En general estuvo bien. El primer día llegaron a limpiar el cuarto muy tarde. Me habría gustado que el restaurante del hotel abra hasta mas tarde para la cena. Aparte de eso todo muy bien, el cuarto muy cómodo, la zona muy buena para salir a caminar. Volvería a este hotel.

More than expected

It was a great stay. The hotel was very pleasant and the hotel was nice. Very clean and well kept. Our jr suite corner room was very generous in size and well kept. The balcony was a great touch every morning. My favorite was the tub. I used it to soak every morning after taking in the wonderful views from the balcony. The bed could have been softer but I still slept like a baby each night.
