I only leave reviews when a service is either outstanding or beyond terrible, this place was beyond terrible. Bed sheets were not changed, found previous guest’s glasses in bed, hair on pillow cases and dirty sheets. Called front desk and were told new sheets will be sent to room within 15-20 mins, waited over an hour and nothing, had to go down stairs myself to get the sheets, in eyes not changing sheets in between guests is the most disgusting thing a hotel can do. Paid $17 for a 12 inch pizza, worst pizza I have ever tasted in my life, not to mention being ignored by the lady taking orders while standing there for over 10 mins until another gentleman came over to take the order.
