From check in to check out… although my stay was only overnight, it was special and no notes ha!!! The view was insane!!! It felt like I was in the clouds. It was quiet although the balconies have shorter walls to see the other hotel guests.. normally that would bother me but it worked out fine. The bike rentals were so easy and for my first visit to Ft Lauderdale, a bike was clutch to get around. Again… no notes! 10/10 stay! I’ll be back!

This was my second experience at the hotel & my first was so amazing that I was a bit disappointed in my stay this time around. From the start, I had an issue with my reservation because I booked at the wrong location. The front desk agent offered no assistance or care for the situation which was a bit off-putting but I fixed the issue. Upon arrival to our room, it looked as if it had just been hurried to be put back into vacancy because the toilet paper rolls were used and not folded to look presentable. The towels in the bathroom were half folded and thrown over the towel rack. The room smelled stale. Trying to call the front desk was an obstacle, between having to call multiple times to get an answer from someone and to having to call again to get items to the room. The day before checkout, I called front desk five times with no answer, called back three more times thirty minutes later to finally request extra towels. Two hours later, the towels were still not delivered and we had to call back AGAIN. I just genuinely did not have the phenomenal experience that I once did and I’m not sure if I’ll return to this location because of it.

The rooms were in good order, but terribly small. It’s not a hotel where mom and dad can take one bed, while the kids take another bed. The beds took the entire width of the room. So you would have to crawl over your partner to get out. Technology was good, but stopped working for us. So we couldn’t watch TV until we called them for help. The curtain wouldn’t close, so they said they would fix that when we left. This hotel is just trying to be something different. But it doesn’t have the basics of a hotel down yet.

The hotel was great ; even though I was told to have a window view that show nothing but the train track lols. Regardless of that everything was pretty awesome . The pool upstairs and the roof top view were cool. Great location , close to good restaurants .
