Beautiful hotel! I loved my room & the view. The staff were very attentive. When I arrived there were a couple issues with the room, I called the front desk & they sent someone immediately. The only issue I had was that they incorrectly charged me but that was quickly resolved. It’s in the best location & I will definitely be staying here again!

The room was very nice, but the wait to get a room was terrible. I was told that if I paid extra I could check in early and that didn't happen. We had to wait past the check-in time to get a room. The area was nice walking distance to the bayside and resturants.

We were only staying 1 night, so my wife and I booked a room with 1 bed + pullout couch for our adult daughter to sleep on. The first thing we noticed when we arrived was that the glass balconies were covered in dried bird poop. We discovered 10 turkey vultures nesting immediately above us. Next, the lighting was awful—blindingly bright overhead lights that made us feel like we were in an interrogation room, no lamps (which even basic motels have). No bedding had been provided for the pullout couch despite it being a reservation for 3 adults, so we called down to ask for it. The porter brought up 1 flat sheet, 1 pillow, and 1 extremely thin blanket that had the texture of an old towel. When we went to set up the pullout bed, we realized the metal frame was completely broken and couldn’t even be pulled out. The maintenance man they sent was extremely nice and apologetic, but agreed the bed portion was broken beyond repair. They moved us to another room at ~9pm. The bellman brought a cart to help move our luggage. He insisted we did not need to make up this bed—someone would be up to do it for us. Two men came up, pulled the mattress out, then turned around to leave. I asked if they could make up the bed since the bellman said that was the norm, and one of the men rolled his eyes before silently doing it. This hotel was great for our family of 5 adults that had traveled to Miami for a cruise. It is right across the street from the port and Bayside Market which has lots of dining options. We had a 3 bedroom, 3 bath room, but the beds sizes are not as stated, there was a queen instead of the king and a full instead of the queen. We had room service delivered and it was good, but the portions are small. We had a wrap around balcony so we could see the city and the bay. The kitchenette was nice to have, but there are no dish towels, dish cloths or paper towels. The fridge is stocked with items for purchase, but it does have free coffee and tea. I liked that they do provide shampoo, conditioner and shower gel on the wall, and there was a washer and dryer in the unit. The lobby was always packed, which made it a little difficult at check in. this building also has destination elevators which makes it nice so you don't have to wait too long. I would stay here again.

Solid stay at The Elser. Great location downtown, killer views from the suite, and the room was spacious and modern. Shoutout to Gino at the front desk, he handled check-in smoothly and went above and beyond. Also, Russel by the pool kept things running well, great service and even better vibes.10/10 Would stay again.

The room is honestly fine, spacious and nice, but the staff made it a horrible stay, they treated us terrible and never able to help us , we paid almost $7,000 we would expect a marvelous stay and service, but unfortunately not, I don’t mind paying that price but I would expect an amazing stay as I mentioned before. I felt so embarrassed because I’ve stayed here before and I came back again to this hotel with my best friend an his family because I told them the hotel was very well located and it’s a nice hotel, but when we arrived we realized the customer service was just terrible. Unfortunately I wouldn’t come back again!
