The front desk staff I meet at check in (can't remember his and her name) made the process smooth and easy. I recommend this location over the Airport North Location EVERY TIME! The Airport North location is wack, all it has going for it, is the proximity to the airport.

Hotel and staff were amazing! Room was better than we expected. Clean and well stocked. The sofa bed is awful. Very uncomfortable but to be expected from a sofa bed. Regular queen beds were great. The “restaurant” is just ordering from a QR code and it isn’t great. The bar had good drinks. The breakfast was great. The location of this hotel makes it VERY noisy. There is major highways outside and the traffic is all day and night making sleeping very challenging. Overall a good hotel but not one I would stay in more than one night.
