Check-in was definitely interesting. The front desk clerk claimed my card didn’t work, even though I saw the transaction hit my account. She then went to another part of the desk, re-entered my card information, and it charged me a $150 holding fee. She also made a copy of my ID and said they would store it for a month — something I’ve never experienced before! Because of that, I won’t be staying here again. We checked in at night, and it was extremely noisy, which made it hard to get any sleep. The tubs also need serious updating — they’re awful. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. However, the restaurant on-site was great — definitely give that a try!
