The wait time for elevators was ridiculous. During the busy time the elevator stops at every floor even when it is full. Took me 30 minutes to get down to the lobby. I was on the 12th floor and finally gave up and started taking the stairs.

WONT BE BACK!! CHECKED OUT 2hrs after Check in… the staff was young with no real customer service experience at all. The elevators weren’t working properly and the one that did took over 5 mins to finally get to your floor. I had luggage and was all the way on the 9th floor so I didn’t have a choice but to wait. Bathroom shower was unclean with body hairs. SHOWER DID NOT WORK AT ALL NO WATER CAME OUT!!! CHECKED OUT 2hrs after checking in. They would not accommodate me and refused me of a return. NEVER AGAIN

Really cool location and easy to walk around to show, food, etc, and enjoy the views and vibes of the area. Parking isn’t super convenient, but it was possible to park on your own in the nearby parking garage. Took a long time to check in upon arrival on a Sunday night. Gym was great.

Front staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very spacious with a view of down town. Rooms were clean, no bugs. Carpet was a little dated. Noise level was little to non from inside but you could hear the city below us. I would stay again. Lovely river walk!

Staff was amazing, mostly clean except the toilet had pee under the seat, the building needs a little updating, the elevator shook real bad, slight marijuana smell in my room. I notified the front desk they came and checked it out but couldn’t find anyone smoking. Location was great close to shopping and food choices.
