The continental breakfast ended up being a small brown sack meal that had to be picked up at the front desk. Highly disappointed because this is one of the main reason we booked this particular hotel. We wanted a hearty warm breakfast every morning on our vacation.

Property was clean and in a great location. Our room was on the riverside, so we got to see the boats coming up and down the river. We were also able to walk in to town to eat and do a little shopping. Great location!! The toilet would not flush. Had to call the front desk twice. Other than that, the stay was nice.

Tatiana was nice and has a good sense of humor. Other staff weren’t very helpful and were not available by phone. One of the staff even said that we had to bring dirty towels in exchange for clean ones and leave trash in the hallway in front of the door of the room to be picked up. Can you imagine how the hallway on each floor will look like if all customers have to do this? We ended having to ask housekeeping lady we saw in the hallway to change the towels and replenish coffee tea. We stayed four nights and were told that housekeeping was only done every four days. This seemed unreasonable.

I never checked in. Had a flight issue had to reschedule, Travelocity and myself tried contacting this hotel from Friday morning until literally today we are still unable to contact them. Had to cancel the trip and I can’t even get a refund because they aren’t answering to approve the refund. DO NOT BOOK HERE ! THEY’RE ROBBING PEOPLE.
