The staff was friendly, but difficult for a non-Spanish speaker to fully understand. The building is old, but I think they make a concerted effort at maintaining it and keeping it fresh. The only critique I have is that the owners should budget for better, sound proof glass for the windows in the rooms. We heard all commotion outside when trying to sleep.

I had to go down to the front desk to get sheets, blankets and pillow for the sofa bed. It was extremely uncomfortable with the springs quite obvious. I ended up folding the comforter over so I could sleep on that. It helped a bit.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of pillows. Restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. The bartender was great. Bathroom felt small and cramped, but water pressure was great.

Most of my stay was very good. Staff was great, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, However the pool was closed for maintenance. If I could have known that before, I would have chosen another property.
