The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. They have serious problems with the hot water. They say they'll fix it, but they don't. They send maintenance personnel to your room, which is inconvenient. The air conditioning is poor.

Not too happy with this last day. Attempted to check in around 1 PM sat in the lobby till 330 until the front desk. Acknowledge the fact that we were there even the fact knowing that I had just had surgery let me stay there till about 3:40 before they gave me keys.

I would stay somewhere else next time

Woke up with painful spider bites. The restaurant was not good at all for the price and the forced 18% gratuity. I would’ve left more of a tip if I had freedom of choice instead of force
