Our stay got off to a bad start when we were told that although a room WAS available for us, we would be required to pay $100 to check in early. We declined that "option", stored our bags and went to the pool. None of the staff exuded any customer service attributes. We never felt that we were welcomed as guests, just people that were staying at their property. There was no proactive service at the pool. Staff would deliver food or drink to your chair that had to be ordered at the bar but never in our three visits to the pool did anyone ever ask if we wanted anything. Overall, this may be one of the worst lack of customer service we've ever experienced. The room, a one bedroom condo had a kitchen area with fridge, stove, microwave, sink, however, other than a couple of drinking glasses and two small coffee cups, it had no utensils, cookware or dishes. No plates, no bowls, nothing. Seems senseless to offer a kitchen with no way to make use of it. This property comes across as a condo building that couldn't sell all the units and decided to rent out unsold units to help pay the bills but otherwise have no interest in being in the hotel/customer service business.

Terrible el check out es imposible que estuvimos esperando 50 minutos el elevador para poder bajar al lobby con nuestras maletas, tuvimos que hacerlo por los elevadores de servicio, todos elevadores estaban colapsados, es increíble que un hotel de este nivel no tenga una solución para este problema que vivimos todos los huéspedes, pues seguramente esta situación es habitual o al menos eso fue lo que comentó de manera desinteresada el personal de Front Desk, estuvimos a punto de perder el vuelo, fue una situación nunca antes vivida y frustrante, todo lo demás es de 10 pero por esta situación no volvería a este hotel.

The check in was very easy and we were able to secure our luggage prior to checking in. You’re in walking distance to many shopping places and restaurants. Our one bedroom suite was huge with great views. I would recommend this hotel for future stays.
