For our needs, the hotel was great. Would appreicte the opportunity to open and close the window in the room and would also be gret if there were a bar however, appreciate this isn't right for this particular hotel.

Not great, I will not be returning. Room was ok. Bed was too firm , pillows too flat, very noisy since you can hear everything going on in the hall. Other Room doors slamming making my door shake. :(

Nice for families

A great place for the family to stay there, especially if you need to go to the Everglades or Key West. It’s kind of centrally located right next to the freeway. The best part was scenic lake just behind the hotel with a big shopping mall and plenty of options to choose for dining. The only downside is the breakfast is very limited options.

Attentive, friendly staff. At checkin time in the evening, I am greeted very warmly by staff. Juan and Lazaro in particular are attentive and accommodating. I call it “service with a smile”. Room Is clean. Sheets are nice and crisp with very nice fluffy pillows. Hotel is close to eveything with a shopping center adjacent to it.

Not bad property. Stayed here for 1 week while on military vacation as im from Miami. The location is super convenient. This is lower budget, not bad if you need good place to sleep. Breakfast is on par with highschool breakfast. Id rate 6.9/10
