Pros: friendly staff, room was clean and spacious. It was nice to have a separate bedroom with its own TV. Cons: no USB outlets, wall outlets were loose (my charging block kept falling out) and hard to get to. Took an hour to get in touch with front desk regarding disruptive guests at 11pm. Breakfast lacked options-had hard boiled eggs, chopped ham, toast, and cereal.

Seriously, the room windows are a major heat hazard. The glass, including its metal frame inside the room radiates a lot of heat. Better insulation option is needed. To make matters worse the air conditioning unit was not cooling the room. The thermostat would show 83 deg but it is set to 65deg. Looks like the ac unit need to be serviced. Breakfast was basic. What is up with having only one elevator that moves very slow. A second elevator is needed. Overall Staff were always courteous and friendly. Room and hotel was very clean.

Being staying here for years , when it was call Country Inn and Suites. The staff is great and always helpful. The breakfast is a bonus (free with hotel stay), options not my favorite but it will do. Plenty of parking (at no cost). Hotel is situated in a safe and a very convienient area. It is perfect for a solo quick shopping trip.

Clean room and nice staff but very noisy A/C unit! Traffic in that area was over the top crazy! good location for Turnpike Restaurants and shopping. I suggest walking to Shop and restaurants. It takes easily 10 to 25 minutes to get on Kendall Dr. or Turnpike. 117 Ave equally heavy in traffic! Welcome to Miami have a nice day! ; )))))

This little hotel is the complete package for a non-luxury stay in West Kendall. Right off the turnpike, it sits on the edge of a popular shopping hub with Total Wine, Publix, and Nordstrom Rack. Wonderful restraurants for all tastes as well. Rooms are nice and always clean, staff is lovely, and a dining room with breakfast for the early risers.

The room we had was laid out very weird. It was narrow with the TV in a very awkward spot. The worse part was the plugs - there weren’t any electrical outlets we could use in the bedroom area so we needed to leave our phones charging in the bathroom area.
