Front desk clerk was mean. Not friendly. No customer service at all. It makes for a horrible start. I wanted to leave but we’d already paid. Sometimes peoples attitudes will turn you off to where you don’t care how much you paid…you’re still leaving, and I was almost there

We returned from our cruise after staying at this hotel the week before and was charged an additional $40 for early access to the room but didn't get early access until 2pm. We arrived to hotel at 1130am from cruise line. My family had to sit in the heat for 3 hours. The hotel wasn't packed. Could have done better. I was also traveling with my 87 year old aunt who has health issues. Disappointed!!!

Front desk staff is abrasive and rude rang phone middle of the night to accuse of noise. When we were sleeping. Paper thin walls you can hear everything from every room. Makes guests argue with one another very difficult stay. I will say the shuttle service have great people working there.
