Clean Room. Shuttle service was worst we ever had. Waited over 1 1/2 hours at the airport, called the hotel 5 times, told them what door for pickup. Only two shuttles went by during that time and they didn’t even slow down when we hailed them. Booked pool side room and pool wasn’t open (under construction). Restaurant wasn’t open for lunch as advertised.

I unfortunately was injured not on the property elsewhere and when I tried to extend my stay because I was in the hospital and had to get surgery. The Hotel would no accommodate us because we booked through a third party. That’s ridiculous! The pool was not available we were able to use next doors pool not convenient we should have been told before booking. I needed a wheelchair when I checked out they made us go get it they wouldn’t bring it to the room. Very poor hotel definitely will not recommend anyone to stay there. Bad Service

Great location. Rooms really clean, large and spacious. Free shuttle to and from the airport (Miami international) and within walking distance to a few restaurants if you don’t want to eat at the hotel restaurant. Reception staff friendly and restaurant staff really helpful - made us coffee when the machine in the little shop had broke.
