Only issue was that I had a rough night sleeping due to the height of the pillow. Wife and I basically slept on a folded towel because of neck pain from the pillows. (We're in our early 30s. lol)

The front desk staff is extremely rude and unfriendly. Hotel does not offer daily house keeping, they clean the room every 3 days !! Bar/restaurant staff was amazing. Lorena and Jorge went out of their way. The chef Junior even took the tome to come to our table.

The staff member that checked us in was bery quick, helpful and pleasant. She had a great sense of humor and made us feel welcome. The room is clean, has a great Miami vibe and is comfortable. Best hotel pillows I've had in a very long time!
