We arrived at your hotel at approximately 11:00AM knowing we would probably wait for our room to be ready but we waited till 4:00 PM checking several times for room to be ready and were told our room was not yet ready. The hotel room was clean. The food in the restaurant was good. This hotel needs a major remodel-the rooms are outdated, the carpet is bumpy in some areas, the fixtures need overhaul, and the ac units are so antiquated that maintenance had to come to the room and open up the a/c unit to reduce the temperature. The pool was nice.

The room was nice, but i did notice water damage in the bathroom. The outside furniture was wicker and in bad shape. The bed was comfortable and the room was big. Overall i rate it good, but not great.
