We arrived at your hotel at approximately 11:00AM knowing we would probably wait for our room to be ready but we waited till 4:00 PM checking several times for room to be ready and were told our room was not yet ready. The hotel is very nice. However, the called to arrange cruise port transportation the day of my arrival as previously instructed and the woman I spoke with gave me completely incorrect information and was rude. I was able to quickly make the arrangements when I arrived. Also the airport shuttle instructions I was sent by the hotel were incorrect, providing the wrong location for pick up; we waited 1.5 hours to get a seat on the shuttle.

The room was falling apart, very vintage, carpet in the hall was uplifting, very over priced. The forced fees an forced gratuity was extremely unexpected an over done. Not worth it especially with the buffet charges. Absolutely ridiculous! Over priced and under whelming

Service in the bar was great. Front desk service was very slow. The hotel looks like it was built in the 70’s with no updates. The room are extremely old looking.

It’s close to the airport but to get to it you have to either wait 30 + mins for a shuttle or take an uber . It’s least 20 mins away
