The room was clean, staff was friendly all but the shuttle driver, he begged for a tip even after receiving a $50 tip he felt like as a large group we should have tipped more so then on the second trip where he was to pick up the rest of our group he did not. He was rude to other guest and an uber driver in the parking lot and made a big scene. The receptionist says he gets complaints all the time. Was driving a van with the hotel name on it.

I don’t know what part of the building I stood in, but there was a train that ran periodically through the night blasting its horn was very hard to keep falling asleep. Should’ve been informed at the front desk of this issue maybe could’ve stood in a different part of the hotel, where it was more quiet.

Property was good, but it was hard to find the hotel shuttle at the airport. I called the hotel from the airport and they hung up on me. Staffing at thisblocation was limited and rude. Our suite was awesome except for the cockroaches.

Not worth the price. The first two nights the AC was not working and the alarms were going off in the middle of the night. The 3rd day/night the elevators were not working and there was construction going on at 11 pm, we could not sleep. The last night the hot water was not working and we took freezing cold showers. Lastly, the parking meters are a mess we were charged 30 dollars multiple times in one day when the signs stated 30 dollars a day for the whole day. I understand there are times hotels may experience issues, but because we experienced multiple it leads me to believe this is the norm for them. The staff, however, was kind and tried to accommodate as much as possible.
