The room was fine, however, there's construction going across the street that starts at 0700 every morning, even weekends. Not the hotel's fault, but if you are hoping to sleep late, you won't be able to. Something to consider. Also, my key cards did not open the pool like it should. And, I was looking forward to the Spa, but it's on call only and requires scheduling a day in advance. All information that wasn't listed anywhere. Kind of a disappointment...

My stay was generally pleasant. The location is convenient and the front desk staff were genuinely kind and helpful throughout my visit. The room was modern and comfortable, but I did notice a few small maintenance issues, particularly some black mould in the bathroom and the absence of an in room phone , which would have been nice to have but not necessary . Overall, it’s a stylish and well-situated hotel with great staff, but a bit more attention to detail on cleanliness and amenities would make the experience much better.

Decent Hotel

The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures. I booked this hotel thinking we would have breakfast and I found out since I booked through Hotels.com it didn’t come with breakfast (even though it said breakfast was included on the description). The room was clean, but no Kleenex in the bathroom, & there was only one small trash can for the entire room. The outside noise was very noticeable & at times a bit much. I don’t know if I would go back personally, but wouldn’t rule it out.

Honestly, I was very disappointed with the construction happening outside of our balcony which the reason I wanted to the balcony was to relax with a nice view, but I didn’t feel like there was much relaxation. Otherwise the pool is nice and I didn’t have a wonderful day the area was very clean.

Wasn’t what I expected for a new hotel

Smart Thermostat screen was shattered and changing the temp could have cut my finger on sharp glass. Staff didn’t seem to care. The photos showed a TV in the bedroom but the only tv was in the living room. That bathroom door did not have a lock.
