The hotel has an excellent location, perfect if you’re planning to explore the vibrant Brickell area. The pool is lovely, with warm and welcoming water, and the housekeeping staff are incredibly kind and attentive. Special thanks to Melessa Jules, the Front Office Manager, who was always helpful, friendly, and ready to assist in every possible way. Her positive attitude made a real difference. As a family of four with teenagers, we found this hotel to be a wonderful choice. Thank you for a great stay!

The property cleaned my room, removed linens, and did not replace bath mat and face cloth. I had to make 4 different request to the staff including 2 trips to the main desk. Furthermore, the staff delivered the wrong items and I had to wait again for the proper essential items.
