This was suppose to be a 1 week stay that turned into a one night. The entrance was a mess with garbage at the front which is used by smokers. The lobby entrance and elevator had cat feaces. The room was extremely cold, wet and humid. We were awakened by water dripping from the ceiling which bought our attention to the mold in the ceiling. We literally had to go to the front desk to get towels for the floor and don’t get me started on the stained sheets and hot mess of a bathroom with grime and hair all over.

This hotel is very disappointed, it all started with the airport pick up, we were left stranded when the bus just drove right pass us after wait for 11/2 hrs upon calling the hotel we were told next pick up was an hour away and would not be given nothing for a taxi, no manager on site to help, check in was a breeze, got to the room all sheets was wet and roaches everywhere, I just wanted to cry. This was not free. I will not return to this hotel it is also half an hour from the airport when the web site states 15 mins away all lies. What a disgrace to my MIA stay.

Ok at best. I wouldn't let my wife or kids stay here. Housekeeping can do a better job at cleaning. Very quiet and you don't have people hanging out in the parking lot which is a good thing

The overall property was good. Pool was working which was great for the kids. The entrance needs to have a clean welcome fresh air smell and lobby needs refurbishing; couches are very dirty not inviting to sit in. Luckily there are other chairs sround. Wifi signal very very poor especially in the rooms.

When I I arrived the lady at the desk had a horrible attitude upon entering the room the smell was horrible there was hair in the shower I took a shower and still felt nasty afterwards gave me a cringy feeling good thing it was only for one night never again

Disgusting

First it wasn’t the room i booked they told me I would have to wait til in the morning to see if a king bed would be available. The room was disgusting it was dirty towels dirty bed sheets. I left the room early went to the front desk checked out. Called to see why my funds were not released and kept getting hung up on. Once I informed them that all calls had been recorded they then was ready to help. If I could give zero I would.
