Where to start...we arrived later in the day so we dropped our luggage and went for dinner...but when we returned we realized how bad it was. The sink did not drain, there was an odd smell. The lamps were rusted and the kids saw a roach running across the end of the bed. My wife's feet were all bit up overnight. I went to the front desk to ask for a different room and they were not accommodating. I asked if they could fix the sink at least and the front desk staff said they could try to get the repairmen to come, but the maintenance guy might not come because he isn't paid enough. Considering that they were charging $197 USD/$276 CDN, it was definitely not worth the money. How they keep their Quality Inn status is beyond me. Do yourself a favour...don't stay here.

The hotel is very average on the low side. Front desk never answered any of my calls or messages. Note that Free airport Shuttle service stops at 8pm so for any flights later you have to take a taxi. Not very recommended

I had to wait 3 hours at the airport before the shuttle picked me up. My flight arrived early, so I understood I would have to wait until the shuttle started operating for the day. The driver came to the aiport, I did not see him. He went to do runs at other hotels that he works for so I had to wait until he came back to the airport from those runs. If you can afford it, stay at another hotel.

The room wasn't very clean; it hadn't been swept properly. The bathtub was old and dripping with rust, making it dangerous. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and when I tried to call reception to request some, the phone was disconnected and out of service. I had to go downstairs to get it, and they told me the hotel phones weren't working there. For the price you can get something better!

The staff at the front desk were not welcoming and customer service was horrible! The room was dirty and unkept, i should never be able to see the previous guest hair on the bathroom door or the other guest hair ties on the floor. The floor was dirty and the sheets on the bed was not done properly.

Overall ....the experience was TERRIBLE. We got the Inn but we did not get the Quality. We waiting at the airport for an hour and 20 minutes but the shuttle was nowhere to be found. We ended up getting an Uber. The hotel is isolated at the back of a hole. The room was small and evident that it needed some renovations. The bed was uncomfortable and it made noise each time I turn or got off the bed. The continental breakfast only had egg, yogurt and waffle (it wasn't working properly). The shuttle ride back to the airport was also horrible. We were stuffed into the shuttle like sardines. There were 4 standees in the van.
