Very outdated hotel, toilet was backing up, shower pipe was falling off, tv and lamp were crooked in room. Entrance to hotel very dark, almost flooded

Room was dirty/carpet was removed. Furniture was old and tattered. Price of room was ridiculous. ROACHES!!! Poor breakfast menu. Staff was unhelpful and lacked c/s skills. Bottle of pop $2.50 . Poor sealing room doors. Super loud. Rooms with double beds aren't queen size, they are full size and uncomfortable. Save your money and dont bring home uninvited guests.

Bugs in the room may be a small cockroach, not sure. The staff was willing to move me to another room but the next room had a toad stool growing up from a crack in the baseboard. What does that say about the cleaning crew? Breakfast selection and servers were good. WiFi worked well. Probably will not stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We were traveling for work. The location is excellent, the free breakfast is acceptable, the surroundings and the room clean. The only drawback we had, was that the room keys were deprogrammed every day at 11:00 a.m. and you had to go to the lobby every day to reactivate it and there was never someone at the front desk. Beds very comfortable but bathroom very small. It is a perfect hotel for business travelers.

We booked this hotel because they had a free shuttle pickup from the Airport. The shuttle never came. Stood outside where the shuttles pickup for at least a hour. Ended up taking a cab for $30.00. Tried calling the hotel and no one ever answers the phone. Also when we finally checked in at the hotel, we told them we needed a shuttle the next day to the cruise line. They didn't reserve enough shuttles for all the people staying at the hotel going to the cruise ports. They needed a shuttle for at least 50 people. They had 2 shuttles that took 14 people. They told us the shuttle would be at the hotel at noon, didn't show up until after 12:30, 2nd shuttle after 1:00 pm. Terrible customer service. After waiting 30 minutes told front desk the shuttle didn't have enough room for everyone, they staff looked at us like we were stupid. They didn't make shuttle arrangements for everyone. Very disappointing. Will never stay at this hotel again and will never recommend

I got a great bargain (non-refundable) rate for one night at this generally okay motel. Bathroom sink was clogged, but no one showed up to fix it after I told the front desk. Also, the bathroom toilet had a slow leak from the connection hose in the back, causing small water puddles to form in front of the toilet. From prior reviews, it does not sound like management has any interest in fixing this problem. The property location in on the runway path of the airport, though jets these days are not as loud, so for one night, I did not mind the noise, but I would not consider staying here for more than a couple of nights. This is an old property that has had rennovations, but the last paint job looks sloppy with paint drops on the floor, etc. Positives: location near Palmetto expressway is convenient; clean look of laminate floors; nice large flat screen TV; breakfast was okay (waffel maker, sausages, but no bagels) though not enough variety for a multi-day stay. Overall, an okay but not great stay for the price.
