We asked for the shampoo to be replaced as it was empty never happened, one of the two elevators was broken then entire time we were there, the parking garage shows a sign $30 a night then when you get your bill there are extra charges so you pay more like $37 a night. If you have to check out before 7am no one works the front desk and there is nothing stating that or what to do with your room keys.

Nice,clean, breakfast was great staff was on top of their duty’s. Only thing that wasn’t included in details was the valet parking that costed me another 170$ when I already paid 1200 for room for one week stay

I was expecting a better breakfast experience by having a broader variety of fruits, juice, hot meals, etc. Most hotels offer the same thing. Think out side of the box.

Hotel was undergoing renovations and there was some noise. Hotel room was a good size and had a kitchenette and sofa bed but we did not have enough towels or extra linens for sofa bed. Linens were made available to us but had to pick them up at reception since not enough night staff to send them to our room. The hotel is directly next to highway and the area is not pedestrian friendly.
