Had to wait 1.5 hours to get Shuttle from airport.I called Laquinta 4 times About the wait.Staff Seemed Rude.They Told go to do 7 and wait.On the last call they Advised me to go to door 7 on Depart .I was waiting Outside bagage claim door 7.Room Was Very Old but it was clean.They Charged a $50.00 Deposit Which was not on there Ad on Travelocity. There Were no Restaurants Or Stores In Walking Distance To Hotel ,No Vending Machines

I stayed at this hotel 2 days before my cruise; it was HORRIBLE!! The hotel needs to be remodeled, the complimentary breakfast was all carbs and DO NOT purchase their shuttle service to take you to the cruise terminal, hire an Uber or Lyft. The van was in terrible shape and the driver was VERY RUDE!!

The hotel was crowded people everywhere, but I guess they were cruisers and family vacation stays. We had to change rooms cause of the air conditioners was not working. Help desk was working hard as they could, overall, it was a good stay for one night.

Nothing to like about it to be honest.Not a place for family especially children.Unpleasant staff, not accommodating, rooms a mildew smell, constant smell of drugs all over, dodgy dealings all around…doesn’t even deserve a one star rating.

Love the area, very close to the airport, the hotel really needs an upgrade. The lobby and breakfast area needs to be taken care of, the couch is pilling out, the chairs are very old. The elevator door doesn’t close properly. Breakfast is plain. For the price you pay you can get a better deal somewhere else. The staff is attentive and polite. The parking lot is big and safe.

It was a very much older property with things painted over to give it a newer look but everything was very old and visible very used. Some things broken. I did like that they had dove products to use.

The hotel shuttle drive was rude and the shuttle felt like a sauna while in the Miami heat. This hotel is roach infested and not clean at all. As we were checking in a man comes rushing thru the lobby with a few pizza boxes saying roaches were inside. The tv’s didn’t work and the carpets outside the room were unclean. We could not use the shower because it was not clean. I had to count 63 cents for the male front desk receptionist five times because he said it was short. Our room had to be changed within 15min of check-in. The air in the rooms barely worked. The double size bed is just a little larger than a twin so the two of us did not sleep comfortably. The 2 pillows were FLAT. At breakfast while my mom was eating she had to stop as a roach was crawling on the wall. This place was really unsanitary and should not have guests until pest control comes, a good renovation, and super cleaning. As a guest you want to stay somewhere that feels like home. I have pictures of everything. I would have never booked here had it not been for the 7 out of 10 rating that the hotel itself had to somehow given itself. Many other guests were complaining. Not very comfortable

Convenient location close to the airport but the hotel gave us a room with no AC two times. There was noise(people fighting and cursing on the hallway in the middle of the night). The bed was hard and the cleanliness was to be desired. The room was smelly.

This hotel appeared to be average we enter first floor smelled stale we were gives a third floor room This room smelled like a cat had been urinating and cover up was attempted. Toilet seat was broke No phone We got room exchange The second room door with refrigerator and microwave was broke TV internet cords are messed up the lady got it on only to turn off and wake up to the same problem They knew the 1st room was smelly while talking with a lady on the way to the desk she stated they gave her that room why keep giving it to people's my sinus is messed up just from this short stay 😔

Limited breakfast choice, the bed was comfortable, in the bathroom you cannot grab the shower head because it is on the wall. When we arrived for check in nobody asked us if we have a car. If that would be the case we would never have received a parking ticket (warning).
