This place change since I stay here 2 years a go, the place it’s full of prostitution, people smoking weed on the hallways listen to music have to ask several time to lower the music I have to change 4 times of room do to been dirty or smell like weed. Front desk person was so rude and unhelpful, the bed sheets was dirty with stain it been so long since I see this happen in a hotel, the hole complex it’s dirty the you don’t have ideas the city should come look at this place...

Was told the room I was given had been recently remodeled. However room looked old and shabby. TV much to small for the room and the dresser it was placed on. Neon entry light into the room didn't work properly. A/C controls were old, and hard to read. Given only one hand towel in the bath. Light above the eating table had a short in it and didn't work properly. And the bathroom looked like it need to be remodeled again.

The maid would not clean the room unless no one was there. Items disappeared while she was there and she was a major pain in the neck. They put up there little signs stating how environmentally conscious they were but the faucet on the shower leaked. They also have a stated policy to wash towels and sheet once every 3 days. They charged me double of what I expected and had a mandatory safebox fee of 3 dollars per day. Elevators are extremely slow. The door card needed to be re-coded everyday and every time one left the room. People were loudly slamming the doors every 5 minutes until 1 am. Not much for cable tv channels. Sewer drains were slow. Missing bulbs in the lamps and overall a very dim lighted room. The room lacked convenient outlets. Vending machines were overpriced and the water out of the tap tasted terrible. Some brands of bottled water tasted bad as well.

The room had a view of the base of a palm tree in front of a 3 story wall. There were outlets that were burnt out. The bathroom was crazy, the light switch for the bathroom was in the hall, there were cracks in the wall around the sink. Their policy about checking in with a card applies only for cards with your name on it so my paycard was not valid and am still waiting for them to lift the hold on my card. That ruined the whole trip since i had to pay in cash with the hold still on my card.
