Overall, would not recommend.

I had really high hopes for this place after reading many positive reviews. However, a couple of things should be noted. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, and I got a room with 1 king instead. The hotel has a shuttle, but you have to pay extra for it, schedule it, and they won’t pick you up from the airport. In the middle of the night, our toilet started making noise, and the next morning, would not flush. When telling the front desk, they said they’d send someone right away. After a hour, we checked out and had to remind them that the toilet was still broken. The noise there is horrendous. All you can hear all night long is traffic noise. Bring ear plugs! The cherry on top for me was when I booked, it said breakfast was included — however the hotel made us pay an extra $24 per person just to have their version of the continental. Overall, would not recommend.

This was a 1 night stay. The hotel overall is clean and well maintained. Staff are overall nice and professional. However the room we were given was on a low floor and had windows on the back of the building near some generators with barely any light or view to outside. Also, they weren't able to fix a coffee machine issue until next day morning when we were almost ready to leave.

A lovely stay at the Langford! The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower had amazing water pressure. The staff were friendly and informative. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was great, comfy beds and relatively quiet, easy check in and great location. The front of the hotel was under construction and there was scaffolding limiting access to the building. Unavoidable, but was a bit of a pain to maneuver with small children. Otherwise a decent one night stay.

The hotel is well located for restaurants bars and supplies but the immediate environs contain a a few very rundown properties and associated homeless folks. The rooms are smaller but very comfortable and the bathroom and shower are very nice. All of the facilities are not open due to renovations which result in noise and dust on the exterior. Overall a decent value for money and hopefully will be much improved after the renovations.

It was an older property, but up kept well. They are in need of some renovations. The elevators are old and felt like they were struggling to open the doors. The room was nice but the bed was not good, needs a new mattress. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and stores which is very convenient and nice. Overall it was an ok stay for a good price in downtown Miami.
