The person that checked us in says that our room isn’t ready even though it was almost 3pm and that if we signed up for Hilton reward she could give us another room for free, which she gave us two queens instead of our king. The room had a broken toilet, so we had to get another room. And she didn’t even give us cookies.

El hotel esta viejo y descuidado. Poco personal, una sola persona atiende en la recepcion. No hicieron la limpieza de la habitacion. A la noche, las personas de la habitacion de al lado, decidieron poner musica a alto volumen y gritaban. I made my reservations days ago and I am quite upset. I get to the hotel to check in and there is no rooms available. supposedly they are cleaning and preparing them, but here we are at 11:38 at night in miami inconvenienced and had to pay for self parking, something that should have been free due to the inconvenience. We have been on the road for 14 hours and the first thing we wanted to do was rest, but was informed we didnt have a room even though we paid in advance.
