The hotel cleaner placed bathroom trash directly on top of my toiletries, contaminating my personal items. Despite multiple attempts to communicate, the hotel refused to offer any compensation for the damage and only suggested giving me a discount if I stayed there again in the future. Extremely poor service — I will never stay here again

This Hotel is a DUMP!! Expedia gave it 8, Good. Not even close. Ants everywhere. No water pressure cracked and unpainted areas of the room. Extremely disappointed. If I was honest it fails in all areas. TV was nice, that’s about it.

The room was absolutely rancid. The bed had blood stains and actual pieces of garbage on the side of it among many other stains was covering the mattress. The shower was so disgusting I couldn't bring myself to even think about taking a shower. The ice bucket had hair all over in the bottom of it. The wall by the door was cracking plywood and the door didn't even latch fully, the curtains were covered in stains and had a huge hole in it. We checked out just as fast as we checked in. There were actual holes from bullets in part of one buildings coral siding too! The only thing that wasnt absolutely awful was the lady at the front desk. I wasted over $200 since it was "non refundable". UNLESS YOUR LOOKING FOR AN UNSAFE AND PROBABLY DISEASE RIDDEN PLACE TO STAY THE NIGHT NEVER BOOK A NIGHT HERE.

The room we were first placed in room 111 was dirty. Smelled of urine, ironing boarded urinated on. Urine in one corner of room. Floor worn and old looking headboard dirty and sticky. Took pictures. Complained and was switched to another room which was more presentable.
