A few things stood out for me. First, was the check-in process that was seamless. The lady at the reservation desk was thorough, patient, and helpful. Second, my room was as I expected - clean, spacious, comfortable. Third, the grounds provided areas that my wife and I could relax comfortably with some privacy. Fourth, breakfast, although being continental, was full of variety, and finally the check-out process was also seamless. In addition, the staff was friendly and helpful as you would expect.

Clean room, friendly and respectful staff, good breakfast, convenient location. We enjoy staying at Floridian Hotel. On the other side, the room wall is not very sound proof — we can easily hear sounds from next door. Some guests were noisy outside. The water pressure is a little low.

The breakfast was a very nice surprise. Our room eas clean, comfortable and cool. The toilet sticks sometimes and the shower was hard to adjust. The pool was cool nut not cold, it was clean and well kept.

I had about 600lbs of equipment that had to come inside overnight and I was checking in at about 1:30am. There was no indication in the listing that this motel did not have an elevator. (Guess I should have known?) When I requested a ground floor room so that I could roll everything in on a luggage trolley the man at the front desk immediately told me that there were none available. He didn't check anything before saying this and just shrugged when I mentioned how much equipment I had to move. He seemed annoyed that I was there at all. While carrying my gear upstairs, which took me about half an hour in the middle of the night, I saw two ground floor rooms that were vacant. Given that this was already after 1:30am and I was only staying a night, there was no excuse for this. Maybe my stay would have been positive with better staff, but the guy that checked me in was completely useless and uninterested to the point of outright rudeness. I regret booking here.
