Beware! First door keys didn’t work. Second set had trouble. Front desk said try turning the handle up and down. We got ready for bed, went to take a shower and the hot water was out and spraying water down tub. No hot water in bathroom sink. Called front desk and said it was too late for maintenance (8 pm). We could have a different room but we were all unpacked and ready for bed. He said I could call manager tomorrow when I asked for discount. Called her next day and left message. Never heard back.

Loved that there were places walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was very clean, house keeping was done daily, the staff were also kind and courteous, breakfast was also good. The only downside was the pool not being open.

CHECK IN WAS TERRIBLE. HE ACTED LIKE HE WAS DOING ME A FAVOR CHECKING ME IN. DIDNT EVEN KNOW IF THE ROOM HAD A BATHROOM. THIS PLACE CLOSED THE POOL OVER THE 4TH OF JULY WITH NO WARNING. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT. MANAGEMENT WHO RUNS THIS PLACE ARE UNFRIENDLY AND DONT APPRECIATE THEIR OWN GUESTS. YOU KNOW THE PEOPLE WHO PAY YOUR BILLS. SKIP THIS PLACE 🌴

Almost everything was good about Floridian hotel. Take one star off (from 5 stars to 4 stars) due to water in the bathtub was slow to drain. Warm/hot water did not come out fast until the second person took shower. Water pressure at the sink in the bathroom was weak. Stairway from parking lot to my room was inconvenient, I stayed in room 227, if I parked in front of the room, I had to walked to the other side of the building to find a stair case to go up to my room. Only one side of the building has stair case, the other side has none. The side without a stair case has more a lot more parking spaces.
