The front desk staff was really friendly and welcoming. However, I noticed a $3 charge for water, even though the room notice mentioned 2 complimentary bottles. My husband used one bottle, but we still got charged. It seems like bottled water in the room should be free for guests.

You would think a prestigious place like the Hilton would refund customers that had issues cancelling. This is a low class place. Motel 6 never had a problem refunding me regardless, as long as I never checked in.

Room had very bad musty odor, bad awful smell. Mattress was hard a rock. Went to restaurant my 1st night, after sitting down was told before I ordered, no Cesar salad, they were out of tomatoes, no pasta and they were out of dessert. I ordered a Chicken brioche sandwich which arrived on a sesame seed hamburger bun, guess they were out of Brioche buns as well. The "grilled" chicken patty was so thin it was almost lunch meat.

Great hotel, average restaurant

Overall the hotel was great, a beautiful room. The restaurant/bar was very disappointing though. Reduced menu and closing earlier than advertised. Food was average too
