The area was ok. The esthetics could be better. The hotel and room had an unwelcoming smell. The room toilet was broken. The furniture needs updating. The chair had spots and was peeling. For the price, the hotel should be in better quality.

It was absolutely rundown and disgusting! Walked into the lobby it was filthy! Not one spec of decor anywhere. All the walls chairs floors cracked broken and run down! Giant ball of hair and dust around an old dirty sock was the first think we saw when we walked in the lobby! Room stunk to high heaven and was again run down and filthy dirty I couldn’t believe it I have never stayed somewhere so gross! Do NOT recommend!

The room.was spacious. There was a musty smell that could have just been moisture from the humidity. The one concern was the bathroom door would stick shut and needs to be opened from the outside, so if i was traveling alone it could have been a problem.

The check in process was quick. The room was ice cold when I arrived and just a standard room. The shower was nice but the tv did not work. Maintenance was called and he was able to turn the TV on using the buttons in the bottom of the tv. He did not speak English so communication was hard. When he left the tv was loud and there was no way for me to adjust the volume or change the channel, so I just turned it off. There was a musty moldy cheesey smell coming from the room more so like in between the the two beds. The restaurant was good for dinner and breakfast. They served as variety of meals. Just thankful to get a room for one night due to the cancelled flight.

After missing our flight, we booked Clarion Inn & Suites on Expedia for one night to be close to Miami International Airport. When we arrived, within 5 minutes we were checked in and headed to our room. I have absolutely no complaints. Fantastic service, welcoming staff and clean room and lining. Or btw the view of the city lights and sunrise is absolutely stunning. Would definitely be bookin here again soon.
