We have never seen a room this bad! No bedside tables to put anything on, no tissues, no elevator so you have to drag your suitcases up the stairs! Advertises shuttle from airport—wrong! The young lady at the counter was as sweet as can be but I’m warning you!! Don’t stay here!

I don’t know why this hotel has a rating of 7-Good. It is not good at all. There were no towels in the room when we arrived and there were only sheets on the bed. It was so loud all night long like someone was playing basketball in the hallways. We slept with the lights on. The pictures made it look decent but I promise it’s not. Breakfast was horrible. It was just unsanitary and filthy and we would have left but we sucked it up for one night before our cruise. I am not being a Karen—it was literally not good. A lady checked in after us and she was not happy either and told them that she didn’t expect this and was not happy either and she told them she would stay tonight but tomorrow they were out of there! I would have done the same if we had multiple nights!

I arrived late for check in, called twice to confirm with staff that we will be arriving and both times was told that there was no issue. Once we arrived at the hotel we were told there is no reservation under my name. The front desk man didn’t seem to want to try and help, felt very dismissive. If I didn’t keep insisting he probably wouldn’t have double checked and found the reservation. I understand mistakes can happen but it’s how one responds, it was 4am and basically told us too bad he can’t find it. Where would we have gone at 4am in a city we’ve never been. Besides that the room was decent for the 5 hours we basically stayed there.

No elevator so had had to haul all our suitcases upstairs to our room . Even the taxi driver dropped us off five blocks away at a hotel with similar name so we had to walk back to this location on a side street .

was not as advertised. does NOT have a shuttle, have to catch a different hotels shuttle and walk down to this one. walking into hotel smells of mold. front counter not willing to help. we tried to check in and told to come back after 4pm. had to go find a different hotel that was further from port but well worth the travel there. we ended up staying at "Shalimar Hotel" beautiful place great front desk and very accommodating for 11 guest

Waited over an hour for the shuttle to pick me up at the Airport even after 3 calls! Eventually took an Uber to the Motel. Throughly disgusted as I chose this Motel for price and shuttle services!
