The front desk staff before I checked in, the front desk while i checked in, as well as customer service rep over the phone were all as helpful as can be and proper. Overall I have not one negative thing except for the breakfast. When i saw it said breakfast included i thought it'd be continental but its called a coffee bar.

I had a good time. The property is clean near the airport. The only thing is I would prefer they have more variety when it comes to breakfast.

I would like to break the review down in 2 phases. 1. The hotel: it was good. Only the hallway smelled like a cigarette party was held there. The Wifi wasn’t working most of the time. The hot water option was not working. 2. The breakfast: Rate -> 1/10 only 2 options en the sausages and patties were UNDERCOOKED! The only thing i had was a bagel with cream cheese and a yoghurt. The breakfast could me later. 6-9 is not enough. The breakfast area is way too small for the hotel. And it was packed! And not regularly cleaned! Before checking in at Sleep Inn, i had a 3 night stay at Quality Inn By The Parks. Kissimee. This hotel is also part of Choice Hotels. My stay there was very pleasant! I excepted the same thing from this hotel from Choice Hotels. I hope you guys work on these points! I will increase the quality and stay.

I rated in that way because when I was walking in the aisle going to my room I realized maintenance was fumigating and was so hard the smell and I started coughing so hard, I am a breast cancer survivor and those fumes are so dangerous for my respiratory system. I think staff should be informing guest about it to avoid later issues.

Basic stay

Didn't get off to a good start as the instructions from the hotel were not correct as where to go outside the airport to find the shuttle bus. We waited more than an hour for a bus to come. Breakfast very basic, no fruit or healthy options, a lot of bread, waffles if you like that kind of thing. Didn't like the plastic knives and paper plates very basic. Bed was comfortable enough but could of done with better pillows.

Breakfast needs a lot of work.

Hotel was clean but complementary breakfast was pitiful. Food did not taste good and choices were poor.
