I want to start off with the positive, the staff was wonderful!!! Cleanliness however, could be a negative if that was available! Our sink stopper didn't work & permanently was pushed down. There was hair in the sink, shampoo in the shower, trash in the drawers, and advils under the bed. The entire hotel was SO small!

Hotel with a shuttle

The room was clean and comfortable, Nothing spectacular. I did use the shuttle from the airport, but the shuttle to my cruise ship, was already booked, so I couldnt use it.

The shuttle driver was not accommodating at all. I was at the designated door at 6:15 pm with 3 suit cases and 2 small children waiting for the 7pm shuttle which was promised. The driver came and stopped away from the designated stop. He never acknowledged us while I was trying to get my 2 small kids and the bag to get to him he drove off. I called the hotel immediately to tell him that we are trying to get him…the staff said driver said I will have to wait for the next shuttle at 8pm and that he is not coming back. This is super frustrating after traveling all day and doing everything that was asked of me. I had to call an Uber at that point and paid out of pocket. I complained at the desk when I arrived to which I was blown off like my concerns didn’t matter and there was no follow up from management. I will not be recommending or will be going to this hotel. Poor customer service.

Our time here was really good. Didnt stay at the property for extensive periods since we were out most of the day into the night. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with daily cleaning done right. Front Desk and Security staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Kitchen staff, not so friendly but also not rude. The free breakfast is ok for a quick bite but maybe a little variety could be added for those of us that dont eat pork. The coffee was pretty good but you have to get down early otherwise it finishes quickly. If you're looking for somewhere thats close to the aiport, quiet and convenient, then definitely give them a try.
