The hotel was old and not well updated. The pull out couch in the room was hard as a rock, no padding left, the extra blanket in the room was very old and worn. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The lobby was nice and the breakfast was ready early, that’s nice for us leaving early.

The staff could be friendlier....and the shuttle service to the pier was a nightmare. But the rooms were clean and they have a nice lobby area. Breakfast wasnt the greatest, could use a couple more options. And it got cold quickly. You need to grab food right after they put it in the warmers. The noise from the airport was HORRIBLE. I think we heard every plane take off and land the entire time we were there

We stayed at this hotel in January for one night after a long haul flight. When we checked in we were asked for a card to cover ‘incidentals’ (no mention of how much money would be taken from the card). I checked our account and discovered that $100 had been taken. I asked the receptionist the next morning when this would go back into my account and she advised it would be 7-10 days. This was 3 weeks ago and we still haven’t received the money back. I have tried to contact the hotel, as have Expedia, but there has been no response! We also needed a bus back to the airport, we were waiting in the lobby the following morning for the 9am bus. I went out to check with the driver if we could take the bus back to the airport, he said we hadn’t been waiting and he had other people to pick up and drove off! I would not stay at this hotel!!!

Took multiple times to get the hotel in the phone for the shuttle from MIA Airport. Then they were rude when they answered. Got in the room and the bed side laps did not work. Bathroom had no hand soap. Charging ports bedside did not work, only over by the couch. The refrigerator did not cool drinks properly.

It was disgusting. There were little ants all over the room. I didn’t even notice it until I put a muffin on a plate on the dresser from downstairs. I came back a few minutes later and started eating it and my son noticed all the ants. I had to spit it out and wash my mouth out. It was so awful. Then we noticed they were in the bathroom too. I just wonder if they got in our clothes and luggage. Yuck!

Alexis the manager and Shawn the transportation coordinator made sure we all knew what was happening about the delays in Miami with the cruise and busses and shuttles with construction and the marathon. They handled the huge crowds well and made sure everyone got what they needed and to where we needed. Will not hesitate to stay again and use their services. Hotel was clean and breakfast was tasty.
