Loved my stay at Solé Miami. The staff members were very accommodating, and friendly. Remembering my name the entire trip made for a personalized special touch. The restaurant is gorgeous with beachfront views and delicious food to add. Loved the fact that the staff was accommodating to use of the amenities on check in and check out day. Room was wonderful but basic. Some chipping on the cabinetry and such. Cons: the beach food/drink crew are severely understaffed. The one poor girl was running drinks and food for the entire beach the one day. Which caused her to forget my drink (I don’t blame her at all), their paddle board is broken and they only have 1..so don’t count on use of that. There are not enough umbrella to chair ratios. Some days without the wind, it’s unbearable heat without shade. They could really invest in having one umbrella, per chair.. as the resort fee includes 2 chairs and umbrella. I heard multiple complaints about there not being enough umbrellas. However beach staff did a wonderful job situating and problem solving it.

The elevators were a nightmare. One is totally broken, one has problems and the third one is mostly used by hotel employees going from one floor to another. Result: waiting lines in the lobby like at airport security

the room and elevator was fairly dirty. Looks like someone before us had a pet in the room, so I got strong allergy reaction from it. They moved us in another room that had only one bed and a couch, the couch mattress was so bad that I was not able to sleep on. The price was high for such a hotel
