The property was very out dated, the staff in my opinion were rude. The cost for the stay was way over priced. Very disappointed!!

Rooms were not serviced in a timely fashion. After repeated requests our room was finally serviced at 5:15! Not very user friendly when you are trying to get ready for dinner. No quarter was given with extended check out time thanks to the combative nature of the director of front office,Juan Carlos Garcia. We were returning customers,but for the last time. The Sole excelled in losing customers.

We are very sorry that we were unable to accomodate your request for a late departure at 4:00PM since your room type was assigned to a nother guest, however we were happy to know that you enjoyed our hotel amenities that we offer after your departure at 2:00PM. We had an unforgettable time at this beautiful beachside resort! EVERY staff member we met was extremely friendly and helpful. We got a wonderful room upgrade that made the stay even nicer! Room was serene, view was gorgeous, beach was dreamy, and the outdoor service was great! Sole Noble House at Sunny Isles Beach was the perfect location for an exceptional vacation—Thanks again!!
