The property is gorgeous however checkin for me was a total disaster. The room wasn’t ready and there was a whole lot of back n forth with my reservation even though I made sure we could be accommodated after modifications to my schedule was made. The property manager did step in to soften my disappointments so I’m in a better place emotionally after speaking with him. I will give them a second chance

Not worth it
This was a disappointment. There isn’t enough room in this box to include all the issues. Someone did clean the room which is a positive these days however after coming back from the water park and showering there were no towels. I was left standing in the bathroom while my son had to search for the towels. The water park was insane. People crazy and elbowing each other to get on rides, clamor for chairs, umbrellas you name it. It felt like lord of the flies. And they wouldn’t even open the rides in time. Don’t bother with the gym. I’m was harassed by one of their workers as my 14 year old son who is an athlete attempted to use the equipment. My parenting was questioned by the employee because I had headphones on. Finally ready to leave the bellhop lost our luggage. My son and I had to dig through an abandon looking mess to locate our items causing us to be late for our transport. There are specified adult areas throughout the campus but no one is enforcing it. The screaming children were also running through the hallways until 1 am. This didn’t feel like a luxury resort but more like an episode of a prank show. I’d avoid ir
