We came to Aventura for the Coldplay 2025 Miami dates and it was a convenient spot to get to/from the Hardrock Stadium. The hotel is also close enough to the Brightline station and the Aventura Mall. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the Brightline station, the mall and one of the beaches nearby. The real star players are the valets at the hotel. They were some of the most pleasant, helpful and genuine people I've ever come across at hotels. All of them were timely in responding to WhatsApp messages when I called for pickups from location points and even helped organize a return of a package that arrived after I left the hotel. Shoutout to Juan!

Property and rooms are beautiful. I love the extra items in the room like the wine and the sweet snacks. They only thing I didn’t like was the shower head in the bathroom was dirty with hard water stains and it looks kind of gross but other than that everything else was super clean. Definitely staying here again

Beautiful property and hotel. The staff was extremely nice and attentive. The hotel was very clean, the rooftop pool was very well kept. Honestly I was sitting outside there and thinking I haven’t even seen one bug anywhere lol. Will absolutely be going back to stay when visiting Miami again!
