We used to love this location. Decline in cleanliness and maintenance. Have stayed at this location on 5 occasions. This was a disappointing stay. Carpets were stained badly, ceiling fan screech noise, failure to service room in middle of our stay. Shower flooding and sink drain broken. Asked to speak with manager after our room was not serviced, they directed desk personnel to handle my complaint. A credit for 1 day resort fee was issued. Not professional. The valet fees were increased now to over $60 per day. Excessive on top of all the other fees.

Great Suite, very clean, super comfortable bed, great AC. Friendly services. So called business center was mediocre: two station and a printer in the lobby and not even a chair to sit. Otherwise, we will return!
