Everything was incredibl Pachoo Johnston and Elisa are amazing people and a great team that took care of any problems that a rose We experienced a couple inconveniences, but they were taking care of. The only thing I was disappointing is when I came back from my cruise and I came to The desk we were promised a room at 10 o’clock. The person there told me they have a room on the 14th floor. I said I can’t do that then they said well we have something on the fourth floor shakeel and that happened to me and my family and grandchildren last year when we got a room at 5:30 which was unacceptable and at the same time he over talk to me and raise this voice show me like a gentleman I just walked away let my wife take care of it. I didn’t expect that type of treatment. You could reach me at 514-594-8581. My name is Alan Greenberg, and after the cruise I came back to the room for three nights before the cruise I was at 539. Thank you.

They lied and said that my daughter bring somebody into the lobby and the person she bring in stole a soda from the lobby office but she was not associated with that person and they made us leave It was all lie just because she was standing by him on camera did not mean that she knew him and I was very upset because she did nothing and she did not know that person she met him outside of the hotel and he was talking to her and they just ended up walking inside the lobby of the hotel together and I'm very upset about it and I'm going to call corporate because they are very unprofessional about their findings on what they were accusing my daughter of

The room was dirty. It was surfaced cleaned only. But you could find dust and dust bunnies. The air conditioner was extremely loud too.

Two of three elevators down on Saturday (14 floors). Housekeeping never cleaned until we complained each day. Valet no one was overseeing it to function properly and not enough valets during peak periods. Coffee bar great on mezzanine but pool food was not good quality. Amazingly the beach guys were terrific as well as the towel guy
