They did not provide a place for customers to park by themselves, instead they force a $62/day rate for vallet parking. Nowhere around the hotel have free parking or only limited parking rules so you can not find parking which was an expense I was not expecting when I booked. Nobody tells you until you arrive after traveling all day, and get hit with the bill.

The maid service and staff attentiveness were lacking! You pay an exorbitant resort fee per day which only includes two beach chairs and no umbrella for the beach, had to pay an extra 20 for another chair and 30 for an umbrella every day, so basically, I paid 95 a day!! also supposed to include two bottles of water per day, but two days the maid never put in my room. The maid service was lax ran out of toilet paper, had to ask for hand towels and shampoo. As a Hilton Honors member and a frequent traveler, we were quite disappointed.

My husband and I have been coming here for 15 years. It’s always easy to get to various restaurants and going to the beach is within a minute walking distance as it is across the street. The pool happens to be too crowded at times and unfortunately, too many kids are in the hot tub outside with no parental guidance. That is my only issue with the pool situation and there were many seats that said reserved and were never used within a three hour time span at the pool. Overall we will come back

Leaving today and the place was excellent. The staff is super friendly and the room was great. Swimming pool is on 6th floor so very windy. We were T the beach right across the street and the hotel provides towels and chairs for two people. The food was ok as vegetarians not a lot of options. FYI if you are renting a car do it at budget or Avis at the property so you do not have to pay the really high parking fee.

The staff was proffessional and friendly. From the valet, front desk, rental car, and cleaning service I was treated like royalty. The entire staff was always smiling. They helped make a great vacation even better. Not sure about all the Hiltons but this spot gets 5 stars
