We got luggage and called at 1020pm. Waited 40 mins for shuttle with two children under 4yo. Called again ,was told I have to wait there’s traffic in a rude tone. Waited 20 mins more. Was an independent van that said he would take us for $60. It was late and little kids we took it. Was no traffic whatsoever going to hotel. I booked this hotel because it had airport shuttle. Hotel fine. Shuttle Aweful!!!

There was a charge for parking per day. Please note that there was no mention of having to pay to park your car in the hotel parking lot while I rent the room to sleep. You are charged $25 per day. If you took a shuttle from the airport or cruise port it’s not a big deal but if you drove be prepared to pay

I was scared at first because of the negative online reviews. What strike me when i first stepped my feet in the hotel was the smell...it smelled so good! My room was ready and clean. Hot shower was good. The place was quiet and clean. I already paid everything prior so i didn't have nothing to pay. I should not have a bad surprise when i will be back home. If everything is ok i probably be back again for my next trip.

Overpriced for the value, Power outlets didn’t work, the water never got warm, and we got in later than expected and had to take a uber because the shuttle wasn’t running even though its advertised as a airport hotel (other hotels shuttles were still running).

Great breakfast selection. We had to wait almost an hr for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Vesna at the front desk was extremely helpful! We will definitely be back!
