You need to disclose the additional parking charges of $60 per day. Not very transparent. Staff was rude and unfriendly. We felt unwelcome. Could not understand the front desk person. Maybe an English speaking representative would work better. I would never recommend this dump to anyone

It’s my little piece of heaven! Maybe have more games for kids like UNO, monopoly, books . I think no lifeguard at beach but it is the most beautiful stunning view! Overall coming back every year

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It is a stunning little hidden gem right on the beach. The room we had was a double king suite and it had so much room and amazing views of the ocean right out our door. We enjoyed playing on the beach and pool all day. The beach service was amazing. Jon took amazing care of us and our kids all day ensuring we had a great relaxing day. We loved every moment we had at the resort and we will definitely be coming back.

Loved the hotel and staff. Check in was easy and quick. No issues that we arrived well before check in time. We were checked in, no additional cost were added. Transportation to the strip was easy. Beach view was beautiful. Rooms were spacious and had plenty amenities. I would stay there again.

Nice hotel with direct beach access. Far enough from busy downtown beach that it’s quiet, but also further from restaurants, could be a pro or con depending on the person. Hotel food was good and pool was a good time. Made friends with some iguanas as well.

I selected this hotel because it was directly on the beach and had a lazy river. I selected an ocean view and, while I could see the ocean if I turned my head while on the balcony, it was partial ocean view at best. I had to pay $150 per day “deposit” upon check in—I did not see this in any of the fees mentioned; the room had already been paid for. I understand having a hold for incidentals, but $150 per night is insane. I had a cooler with pop in it, which was apparently ok to have at the beach, but the moment I walked from the beach to the pool, I was immediately stopped by the pool attendant. He was rude. Told me I needed to put my cooler back in my room. I would have let him hold on to it or not even use it. The only good thing about this hotel are the valet drivers—super friendly.

Had a great family stay there, excellent zero entry pool and lazy river for our daughter. Beach is great but too windy while we were there to enjoy it. Large room with separated sitting area and nice ocean view balcony. Very friendly staff. And local to some great restaurants including Aruba cafe it was fantastic!
