This is not the hotel you want to stay...... my room wasn’t cleaned.... I had to call down every day for new towels they charged 45 dollars for resort fee but the pool was full every time we tried to use it... they’re not cleaning as much as other hotels...if you a fun safe weekend with your family this isn’t the place

The property is not what you expect when you book a W hotel. The pool area was crowded, with uninterested pool attendants and a so-called dj that just makes noise.

LOCATION, THE POOL AREA NEEDS TH HAVE THE TILE REPAIRED....I HAVE BEEN COMING SINCE BEFORE THE RENOVATION AND ITS OVER A YEAR THAT POOL TILES AROUND THE POOL ARE BROKE,MISSING,SHARP, AND LOOSE. I CUT MY FOOT ON THE LAST DAY.

Its not there fault but the water main break in the city shut the hotel down but had to stand in line for 45 minutes to find out i couldn't check in cause the hotel was being evacuated.... i think next time an email would be in order to let someone know.
