overall was a good experience close to hollywood boardwalk and other amenities eg walmart. pool was not warmed up. that was a bumber since we chose the hotel for the pool. staff shortage in the breakfast area was evident. longtime waiting. not all front desk people were nice and friendly. not sure why valet.

Nice hotel, average rooms. Location was ok, sketchy 7Elevan next door. Beach was a short walk across a busy street, but there was a lot of seaweed on the sand. Overall would stay again.

Overall nice rooms. I loved having the refrigerator and microwave. They also offered complimentary bottled water whenever you needed it. This was unexpected and saved us some money. The pool view was an added special touch. Valet Parking was convenient but expensive, I guess that is to be expected in the area. The restaurant on site was reasonable and had pretty good food. Them cookies were sooo good, but I wish I hadn't ate so many.

Don’t stay here they will not have your room ready or it will be canceled by mgmt if you don’t arrive before 12 am room was dirty staff was rude and disrespectful treated me horrible I will never book this place again just a nightmare

The hotel was close to the beach. They had a huge pool but not near enough chaises to accommodate everyone. I think this might be related to the fact that they sell pool passes to non-hotel guests.
