The PERFECT beach hotel!

100% recommend this hotel. All the employees were friendly and always smiling. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was fantastic. Housekeeping was great. The pool was great. Easy beach access. And the view was perfect. We stayed on the Gulf side with a balcony and although it cost a bit more, it was totally worth it. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Pensacola.

Beautiful property. We had Gulf view and it was beautiful. Rooms are not huge but definitely okay for a few days when sharing. Good size bathrooms. Water pressure could be better and a pool rinse off shower would be great. Housekeeping was and staff were very nice. Had breakfast and it good both times. Pool bar food was good.

Loved the golf cart service and the ability to rent chairs out at the beachfront. Also appreciated that they have added other bars/restaurants to their area to give people something to do on premise outside of swim. Would we stay again? For sure. This was a great hotel. Very clean, easy beach access, free covered or uncovered parking, great view with the gulf view balcony room. Shower pressure was amazing very big shower.

All staff was excellent! There was a little bit of trash under one of the beds (722) and the Keurig didn’t work but a replacement was replaced quickly. There was no bell staff available to help with all of our luggage but carts were available. The only thing we were disappointed by was there was no “plush robes” in the room. Neither of us packed a robe thinking they were in the hotel room.
