The front staff was very friendly and knowledgeable... the gentleman who carried luggage up to room was super nice and also took us where we wanted on the beach by golf cart and picked up... room was very clean, bed was super comfy, view was amazing!! Pool was beautiful and heated, bar staff was great and fun to talk to.

We travel to the Pensacola area quite a bit and this is the best hotel by far. Our arrival experience was actually fun thanks to the efforts of Bella, Lukey, and Raven! they were a fun team and made us feel special. We had the 'Executive' suite which is a bit pricier, but worth every dollar. The balcony has a spectacular view of the Gulf and the shower in the bath was huge with a large soak tub to boot! I like that the Hotel has two restaurants (one was closed for the Season) and a great Bar where Jackson plies his skills with an artistic flare. We hated to leave, but will be back soon. Do yourself a favor and book the Pensacola Beach Resort.
