Had a great stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful and organized. We got there early and were able to use the pool and all amenities until our room was ready. They even offered to keep our bags until we needed them.

This property felt run down, walls need repainted, beds very uncomfortable, carpet stained in areas, older furniture. Cost to high in my opinion per nightly stay. On a positive note there was a full breakfast and hotel located right on beach also Close to shops and pet friendly. Pool was nice, however right next door is a Hilton with a much cleaner atmosphere and nicer pool with hot tub. per room in my opinion.

We absolutely love this place! 2nd year in a row coming here. Friendly staff and so close to the beach. Perfect place to walk almost anywhere at Pensacola beach! We will be back soon!

The trip was cool! The only things we didn't like was that there was roaches in our room because the room wasn't properly cleaned from the previous guest. And also ! You have to pay for parking 😒 So unnecessary!!!!🙄😒😒

I have stayed at the Hampton many times in the past, as well as the Hilton right next door and the Holiday Inn. I always go back to the Hampton.

Pillows were uncomfortable, didn’t sleep as well as last time we stayed, you’ve also started charging for parking, not sure if we will be back.
