We were rented a condo with a bad hot water heater. They already knew that the hot water heater was bad. They tried to blame it on all the renovations that are going on at the complex. But they knew that the breaker was kicking off.

The hardest part is finding the entrance to the hotel google maps is wrong. We had to call for them to tell us where the driveway was. Maybe if they cut back the plants you could see the Hampton Inn sign. This is not like other Hampton Inns we’ve stayed at. This is a well worn hotel. Clean.

The room was clean and the front desk service good, breakfast is very good the only things i noticed in evyone at the time of breakfast was there were complaining about the men in charge is always standing by the food and the Chinese girl took the food away when there was a line waiting they did that every morning from the 3 days I stay.

Non working safe for the entire week stay. Was promised to either get it fixed or would get moved to a room that had a working safe but they did not follow through with this because they were always full. Looked like mold in the bathroom. Very worn and uncomfortable furniture and beds. Carpet dirty. Never enough bath towels. Beach towels very worn and small. You have to pay for beach chairs and umbrella use. You have to pay for parking. Breakfast was usually the same items everyday. No hot tubs. Two very small and over crowded swimming pools. Great location and was very close to beaches, restaurants, and shops. Beautiful beaches. Overall this location was over priced and disappointing. Will probably stay at the hotel next to this hotel next time.
