JORDAN. Tagged along w my husband who was here for a conference. The resort itself is ok…for the price of the room ($1000 ) I expected more but I guess it is par for the Keys. The bartender, Jordan, made it all worth it, tho. Literally the most fun, attentive and personable staff member I’ve ever met. I would come back solely for him!

Staff are poorly trained and many were sullen. No smile or welcome at check-in. Some were downright indifferent bordering on rude. Given the prices I would expect warmer hospitality.
